1 (12 ounce) can SPAM Classic
1 (2 pound) bag frozen hash browns
8 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of mushroom
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
Cut SPAM Classic into small bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 3-quart or 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Yields 5 servings.
